Agitate Music

_agitate is a new London-based music collective for young people affected by homelessness. Founded in 2017, the project aims to uncover and nurture the creative talent of young artists from diverse and marginalized backgrounds. Agitate encourages its young artists to collaborate and inspire one another, providing a platform to develop and share their music. We are unique in the way that we connect young people with established artists and producers in the music industry, allowing them to not only meet, but collaborate with their heroes. We typically work with individuals who are or have been housed in a youth homeless hostel, however, we are open to those who have been labelled ‘at risk’ or are currently NEET. We operate a mobile studio and hold sessions all across London, including shelters, youth hubs and secure settings
