Since the traditional school system has no measurement whatsoever, it would be good if you got your microscope out and demanded that they do. My coffee may have worn off, but I didn't see how those high-performing charters who write my thesis compare to the regular public schools in the district or overall. Before anyone celebrates, let's decide if a high-performing charter in DC is better than a traditional public school.
