Stephen is a creative industries consultant specialising in strategy, policy and economic analysis for the music, film and games sectors globally.

Stephen is a manager at the international consultancy Nordicity. He is an advisor to the UK Music fiscal incentives committee and a juror for FACTOR (Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings) and SaskMusic. Stephen has served as a broadcast expert witness at the Senate of Canada, as vice-chair of London-based charity Rowan Arts, and as social media ambassador for Hootsuite UK.
