ABRSM Making Music 2020 Teacher Survey
Are you currently teaching music in the UK? We want to hear from you!
We are running our latest teacher survey as part of our Making Music research series. This is a great opportunity for you to report on your experience as a music teacher working in the UK.
The survey will be open until 27 March 2020. It should take around 20 minutes to complete, and everyone who completes the survey will have the chance to enter a prize draw to win a grand prize of a £250 Amazon voucher or one of five runner up prizes of a £50 Amazon voucher.
This is a chance for you to share important information about your experience as a music teacher in the UK. The questions cover everything from the instruments you teach to the way you use digital technology in your practice.
This research is aimed at all current UK music teachers and is not limited to those who use ABRSM products or teach classical music. The data will be a valuable resource for the whole music education sector, and it is important that it shows the diversity of music making in the UK.
The data and findings from the survey will be published in a report in November 2020 which will be freely available on our website and to government and organisations across the music education sector. By sharing this information we can ensure that we are all working to provide the services that teachers and learners need.
We hope to reach as wide and diverse a range of teachers as possible, so please feel free to share this link with any colleagues working in music education.
