COL Delivers RSL Qualifications

In 2024 COL began its programme of delivering RSL accredited level 2 creative qualifications, a big step forward in its mission to provide community access to meaningful pathways to music industry jobs and experience for young people.

Entirely run and delivered via participants in our mentorship programme, this film gives an insight into the process of designing the course and delivering these qualifications to 16-25 year olds as they work on producing our annual live album launch show.

The first community based organisation to work with awarding body RSL in this way, COL is able to offer this opportunity thanks to its funding from Youth Music and the ongoing dedication and talent of the young creatives it supports, who use their experience and skills to mentor and train their peers in a supportive setting.
