COL-laboration continues!

Circle of Light's fourth album making project continues into it's second week with a variety of engaging and creative activities being enjoyed by the young musicians. Collaboration across a variety of genres, from Latin to Jazz Rock, Hip Hop to Folk and Funk - this year's output looks set to be the most diverse and exploratory yet. The first two weeks of the project have also seen on site masterclasses in music production, vocal technique and DJing for the crew to expand their skills and try new things. We were also lucky enough to have online video Q&As with representatives from PRS (educating people on how to monetise their music production, performance and publishing) and LDG Music (who introduced the crew to the world of music sync, exploring avenues to find musical work beyond artist releases, as well as setting them a challenging brief to test their musical muscle by scoring an actual movie trailer).
