This course has been designed to help you keep the children and young people you work with safe, including knowing when and how to share with consent, and how to spot and report any concerns of abuse.
You will:
Explore the background to safeguarding
Learn about the different categories of abuse
Consider what a concern might look like in the context of the work that you do
Develop approaches to support disclosures from others
Build your confidence in how to apply safeguarding practice within your role
