Sing City: Video Jam Workshops
Event description
Hailed as “one of Manchester’s most innovative nights” (Manchester Wire), Video Jam is an ongoing series of unique events that re-examine the relationship between moving image and live sound.
The workshops will put particular emphasis on the experimental, using independent moving image by emerging and professional artists. Over the course of four weeks, participants will compose an original soundtrack of their own interpretation, resulting in what Video Jam call ‘Blind Collaboration’. The soundtracks will then be performed at Sing City Live on Wednesday 29 June.
