My logo is uploaded funny in all our listings. In some cases too small in some cases too big

I have been uploading today a few of our Arts Award training courses listings on the Events& Opportunities section.  The logo comes up really funny, and I have been trying to find a way all day today but I cant.

Could you please help me?
