Key responsibilities *To teach at our open classes and nurseries and to entertain at our parties, consistently achieving high standards that exceed customer expectations. *To manage a team of South East London teachers and entertainers, supporting development through regular training and mentoring and recruiting when necessary. *To work in partnership with the Lucy Sparkles & Friends team, delivering excellent customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Key Skills Required *Experience in Early Years teaching, with a commitment to educating, entertaining and inspiring children. *A drama, music or dance qualification or equivalent. *Ability to play keyboard, guitar, ukulele or another portable melodic instrument. *Highly self-motivated, with a passion for delivering engaging, educational and fun lessons and parties to our customers, contributing to the continued success of the business. *A confident and sparkly attitude. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Local knowledge of South East London.
