Music Educator and Co-ordinator
Job description
The role includes
Group Instrumental teaching and cover as required
Early Years group teaching and cover as required
Co-ordinate teacher placement and support
Co-ordinate online training courses
Assist Education Manager in
Development and input of early years and group teaching programmes
Management and input online training courses and teaching books
Monitoring and assessment of music leaders
General administrative duties
Client and teacher communication
Development and delivery of workshops, shows and concerts
Developing new educational initiatives and creative projects
The candidate should
Be a trained instrumental teacher (preferably a multi-instrumentalist)
Have early years teaching experience and love working with nursery ages.
Be computer savvy including having experience with data input and online presence
Have knowledge in computer software including Adobe Suite, proficient with iOS (Apple)
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be an effective and proactive team player
Be comfortable with managing deadlines
Bring a creative flair and energy to the role
Rate of pay, hours and start date + Full time
+ Start date early March 2018
Rate of pay Initially Fixed Term Contract £22,000+ pa dependent on experience. Holidays negotiable.
