Amber is delighted to be working with 'Music in Devon Initiative' - MIDI to deliver this project. The knowledge, skill, expertise and creativity that they bring will help us to develop a really rich, diverse, resident led programme.  

Music In Devon Initiative (MIDI) is a community interest company whose primary objective is to help musicians fulfil their potential, and to provide accessible platforms for artistic expression. The organisation is also a representative voice for music practitioners in Devon. MIDI nurtures, supports and empowers musicians and music leaders by helping them to develop creativity, skills, and knowledge, and by increasing opportunities for them to showcase their work and progress their careers. Through innovative projects and events, MIDI shines a spotlight on emerging musical talent, enables the creation of new works for new audiences to enjoy, and encourages peer mentoring, creative collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.

The MIDI Board of Directors and steering group comprise several music industry professionals, most of whom have run their own small music businesses and have substantial experience of managing community music projects and events.
