What do recent changes to further and higher education mean for looked after children and care leavers?

The Who Cares? Trust is running an online survey as part of a wider project to understand the journey looked-after children and care leavers take from school into further/higher education and work.

There have been some big changes recently - things like the end of EMA and the rise in tuition fees at universities. The Who Care's Trust want to tell the Government exactly what these changes mean for looked-after children and care leavers and they need your help.

They need young people's views!

Specifically, The Who Cares Trust are really interested in hearing the views of young people who will have first-hand experience of the education system today - they are the experts!

It would be fantastic if you could highlight and promote this survey among the young people with which you work. It’s quick (10 minutes max) and easy to complete, and responces are confidential. The survey will close on 18 December 2011.

As an incentive, all young people who provide an email address will be entered into a prize draw to win a Nintendo 3DS and games bundle! Email addresses will only be used to contact the winner.
