3 DAY PLANNING FORUM

Here at More Music as we embark on a new 3 year Business Plan we are spending 3 days working with the key core team asking questions, sharing information and creating pathways for employment for staff and musicmaking for hundreds of participants.

For the past year the Leadership team have been applying for funding from many many places and now the work needs to start in earnest and the best place to start is with clear, concise planning and a focus on a collective vision. We have considered Business Plans, consultation, systems, teamwork on projects, CPD, case studies, marketing and advocacy, outcomes approaches, quality assurance, programming and....

Last day today and then everyone will need time to digest.
