Noise Solution was informed today by Royal Bank of Scotland and the Social Enterprise 100 index that we are the 23rd fastest growing Social Enterprise in the Uk

Today we were told by the SE100 that we were the 23rd fastest growing Social Enterprise in the UK.

Social enterprise – doing business for good – is a great idea but how do we prove it really delivers? The RBS SE100 Index puts the facts and figures behind the great stories we hear about social enterprises across the UK by tracking both their financial performance and the positive impact that they make on the world around them.

I've discussed previously why Noise Solution is a social enterprise and our aproach to working in the sector and funding streams. Todays ranking from the SE100  was very welcome and a recognition of the work of not just myself but the board, front and backroom staff and everyone who has helped.

Social Enterprise can, if we capture and present the evidence correctly, compete evenly and indeed better the outcomes of private business on many levels. Whilst combating the sometimes fair sometimes unfair image of the enthusiastic amateur charity.

The third sector - good in business good in outcomes.
