Suitable for those who identify as women or non-binary, aged 13- 18.
Interested in songwriting and composing? Spend the day with some of the most exciting singer-songwriters in the North East including Ruth Patterson (Holy Moly & the Crackers), Talk Like Tigers and Luna Blu, along with our inspiring music leaders and write a song in a day on Wednesday 21 August. You will work collaboratively with your peers in a supportive environment to explore the songwriting process and create a song together, before performing your work in an informal performance at 4pm for your friends and family. Bring your instrument or your voice. All abilities welcome.
This event is free but ticketed and places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
