Soundwave - DIY Music -Dischord Spaces project-Cathedral Quarry

The second part of the DIY spaces project.

This time the Dischord girls ventured out to Cathedral Quarry near Langdale in the Lake District.

The cave itself is huuuuuuuge with epic acoustics.

Dischord decided 'Rhiannon' by Fleetwood Mac was the perfect song to perform in the cave, the weeks leading up to the visit were spent arranging/rehearsing the song in our weekly musiczone sessions.

Cathedral Quarry is located where a number of trails cross so lots of people passed through (one of them makes an appearance in the video at one point) while we were creating this video, people stopped to listen to the girls singing, it was a lot of fun.
