Calling all East London and Sussex based young musicians!
Are you aged 18-25 years old? Would you like to have a career in music that includes working in community settings with early years children and/or families?
Soundcastle’s Sparking Change Programme runs from October 2024 to March 2025 and is an opportunity to build up your CV, widen your industry network, develop your practical skills and learn how to get your own project ideas off the ground.
We are particularly keen to share this programme with young people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including those who may have experienced barriers in accessing training or professional development opportunities.
We are offering a £600 bursary to successful applicants who complete the full programme.
