Time to say goodbye

It’s time for us to say goodbye, but as we leave…

We'd like to introduce you to the Ghost of Wiltshire Music Connect, a simple online archive of resources, templates, guides, reports and fact checkers.

The archive also includes headline stats for the work we delivered on behalf of GSW music hub until Christmas 2024 (and comparisons with previous years), extracts from our HLO bid, Nick Howdle’s autumn award acceptance video and the original Why Music resources (evolving versions are now with Music Mark).  

Music Connect CIC is also closing. In the absemce of clarity arund GSW music hub's plans the CIC has distributed all its funds as follows: 

• Granted funds to Wiltshire Council to ensure continued support (for a further 2 years) for pupils currently using our out of school subsidy scheme.
• Established a fund with Wiltshire Community Foundation which will solicit applications from specified Associate Organisations for music project work over a 3 year period.

Thank you all for your support and contributions, it’s been a pleasure. Wiltshire has a fabulous and evolving community whiuch has have every right to be properly listened to, honestly informed and supported.
