The translation of vibrations: It’s more than just music

A teenager laying with an old fashioned silver boombox

Every single sound is made up of a number of different notes (vibrations). These vibrations and sounds aren’t human made – we just intercept these as we’ve got sensory organs to pick them up (ears!). We’re good at manipulating and adapting vibrations (e.g. making music from them) but the sounds, essentially, are already here waiting to be assembled. Music is not a human thing that we have created, it’s something that we’ve interpreted. Music is more than just music. We use vibrations in order to be human.
