Sam Ward-Hardy

I am a musician based in the North East and Scotland, I have been part of the youth music program as a participant for around 10 years. I have been apart of Jack Drum and many of their activites since I was a child and have been part of many projects, I now help lead Runaway Samba which is based out of Jack Drum Arts in Crook. I have been to Brazil twice, one of which was because i applied and got a Winston Churchill Fellowship to research the music, culture and religion of Brazil which has further helped me develop my knowledge and understanding of latin american music. I am studying popular music at Napier in Edinburgh where I am playing kit drum. Music has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember and cant wait ot share it.
