About
Mat Andasun is a multi - instrumental performer and composer. He has been an active music practitioner regionally and nationally since 1993. As co founder of Sambawamba he taught samba and Carival arts to many thousands of people across the UK & Europe. As Director of Nottinham Community Music he now specialises in making music with early years and with young people with disabilities. In this work, he pioneers new ways of using music technology.
He lead his own Latin prog rock Brazilian fusion band, the Mat Andasun band and writes music for tv & film.
