Will Robinson

I am a director of Dedicated East Midlands C.I.C . A company committed to specifically delivering activities that positively impact the community. I am also the Managing Director of I'm Not From London, a Nottingham based record label, event planning and promotion organisation. We have given early platforms to many artists such as Jake Bugg and Sleaford Mods. We currently run up to 20 events a month at independent venues around Nottingham and its surrounding areas. As well as this we also run festivals many of which are for charity where in the past we have raised thousands of pounds for a variety of charities. We have a mission to continue to educate, nurture and champion talents of those involved in the art of the business whichever side of the microphone they are on. 

In 2020 we moved into a new space, The Old Bus Depot in Nottingham city centre so that not only would we be able to put on events elsewhere but so we could put on our own events at our own venue. We have recently begun a project to showcase local and rising musicians at our venue by hosting a series of events called 50 Gigs around the sun where we are hosting a gig a week with different artists at our venue for a year.
