Working collaboratively with music in an EYFS setting
Event description
Azra Nath (EYFS lead) and Penny Osmond (musician) will lead us through how to embed musical practice in every area of learning in the classroom, from 1:1 interactions and setting up an inspiring environment to creating a group time which is fun, focussed and child led. As well as some practical activities for short and long term planning, they will also discuss how best to work in collaboration with staff and children, to nurture a lasting musicality in the setting.
