YM Incubator Fund enables new era for COL studio

Meet Jess Thomas - musician, sound engineer and now manager of our in-house recording studio, 'hoam studios'.

Jess applied for the position of sound engineer at our studio via a program we were able to offer thanks to the YM Incubator Fund.

Over the past year she's helped to revamp, rebrand and revitalise our studio, turning it into a community focussed, youth led creative business.
