BBC Children in Need Films

Eight, our creative agency here at KWMC has been commissioned to film three short films with eight young film makers and three mentors in Bristol for BBC Children in Need. The films revolved around projects that benefits young people across the South West. I then had the pleasure of working with the young film makers to create original sounds and music to accompany their film. It was a great experience hearing what their films were about and where they thought the music should go. There were great discussions around the mood and feel of music and sounds that would best accompany their respective films. We then recorded and created all the sounds and music that they wanted to put in their films.Working with collaboratively with young people has always yielded great results in my experience.

The films will be shown on BBC Points West on week commencing 12th November, and hopefully on BBC Children in Need Night!
