Sound Connections and the London Early Years Music Network presents: Play Date ‘Sharing Good Practice – Singing moving, dancing, playing and listening’

Event description

LEYMN core member John Webb will steer you through three hours of sharing and broadening your repertoire and understanding of appropriate practice for music making with 0-5 year olds.

We’re looking for you to book onto the event as either mini inspirer (to share your own take on unique and dynamic ways to deliver new repertoire for no more than 7 minutes), nano inspirer (to share a thought, new idea or suggestion for no more than 2 minutes), or enthusiastic audience members (who will listen and take part in general discussions and sharings).

The idea is to bring along something to share however big or small to spark a flow of ideas and discussion – get the creative ball rolling, so to speak.

Join us on Tuesday 20th October from 5-8pm for this innovative networking event designed specifically for early years music practitioners.

Tickets cost just £15 and as it’s a twilight session, we ask that you bring along some food to keep you going. If you would like to fully embrace the spirit of sharing, then why not bring something to share with your fellow play dates so that you can swap tasty treats during this tea-time session as well as musical ideas!

N.B. There is a strict no nuts policy at this venue as it’s a children’s centre, so please ensure your dinners are nut-free.
