Noise Solution's Guinea pig outcome discussion

Noise Solution is offering to be a guinea pig by publishing it's first draft of an outcomes framework - a result of the outcomes training we attended recently run by Youth Music - pick it apart and lets all learn something

I recently attended the training provided by Youth Music on developing an outcomes framework and I left with some firm ideas about how we as an organisation should start to assimilate that approach into our practice and evidence capture. I'm quite a fan of crowd sourcing so I thought now we have a first draft lets make it public here and see what comes out of it in terms of comments and learning.

Hopefully this will instigate some discussion useful to both ourselves and also to others striving to make their organisation a better one. Ok here it is attached to the post - download it and see what you make of it.
