How to evaluate your impact

In this introductory session we will share the basics around why evaluation is important for your projects or organisations. We will explore how to create a Theory of Change and an evaluation framework. We will share examples of data collection tools, methods and how to frame questions. We will also open up a discussion about challenges and opportunities for evaluating impact of online activities. This session is for individuals and organisations who are new to evaluation, or who want a refresh of ideas. It is particularly relevant for those working with children and young people in arts education settings, particularly music, although all are welcome!
