This song was taught to me by an MA student at the Community Music Activity Commission in Salvador Brazil where 42 educators and musicians from 5 continents spent 4 days talking, listening and thinking about our practice. I am now in the south at the main conference in Porto Alegre where over 900 people have gathered to look at all aspects of music education with presentations, workshops, performances and symposia. I'll keep blogging and shouting out about the fantastic work we are all doing in the UK. Tomorrow this includes the following :
