Key Changes' young music makers took part in an exciting KCL research project examining the physical effects of rapping.

Positive emotions increased (and negative emotions decreased) after recording tracks - this was evidenced by a range of biological markers demonstrating emotional activation, cortisol levels, anxiety and cognitive effort.
