Thanks to the generocity of local film maker Tony Palmer, 30 young singers were able to experience the process of creating professional music video in a variety of locations. For many of these young people, this was their first time performing in front of a camera. The video shows a contrast of personailities within the groups and demonstrates perfectly the wide range of ages, abilities and confidence in those that we work with.
Alaina, a group member since 2015 said - "I am so proud to say I’m part of such an amazing group! Throughout the three years I’ve been a part of it, I’ve grown so much as a person. I’ve gained so much confidence, experience and friends. I don’t even think I’d be doing music now if it weren’t for the UVG, I’d especially not be going to the academy of contemporary music. This video was so much fun to film and be a part of. Anyone out there aged 11-18 who enjoys singing, come along to one of the sessions. It’s free and will literally change your life. I have so much love for my little big family"
