I'm the Programme Director at Youth Music, and owner of office dog Buzz. I oversee Youth Music's grant-making. I've been at Youth Music for ten years - before I joined I headed up funded programmes focussed on adult learning, volunteering, youth, employability and community development in the North East of England.
