Soundtracks is a programme of quality music activity across Bolton and Blackburn with Darwen which supports open access music making for young people frm age 12-19 in youth centres and community settings. The programme aims to remove barriers to music making, to create new musical pathways and progression routes for young musicians, to support new music leaders and strives to give young people a voice to shape their musical community.
