Direct online communications with young people - anyone have any guidelines they could share?
Question detail
Since lockdown began and we moved all our provision online, we've had to find new ways of contacting young people using different social media and online platforms. As we know we need to be rigorous in making sure our young people and staff are properly safeguarded when in direct communication, we're creating new policies and procedures around getting parental consent, choosing appropriate platforms, and looking at appropriate age restrictions. Do any other orgs have similar experiences we could compare or use as inspiration?
