Is your project funded by Youth Music? We have new brand guidelines...

Youth Music launched its new visual identity yesterday. If your music-making project is funded by Youth Music, there are new logos for you to use on all your materials.

Why have we rebranded?

The creation of a new visual identity is the final step of our rebranding process. It follows a process of refreshing the vision, mission and values for the charity to make sure it's clear who we are, what we do and what we stand for.

Our vision is bold and ambitious - that life-changing music-making is available to all children and young people.

Our new visual identity expresses this by emphasising the idea of young people making music, and - in turn - music influencing who they are and how they develop.

We are very grateful to M&C Saatchi who kindly offered to help us on a pro-bono basis with the creation of our new visual identity.

How does this affect you?

We ask that you start to use the new brand from today, although of course you can carry on using materials with the old brand until they run out. If you have any questions about our new brand, one of our Communications team will be more than happy to assist. Email comms@youthmusic.org.uk

By acknowledging our support publicly you will help make a stronger case for continued investment in life-changing music-making for all children and young people. Where possible, we ask that you feature our grant award logo on all of your related information, marketing and publicity materials.

As well as fundraising for charitable donations from the general public, trusts and companies, Youth Music works with Arts Council England to distribute National Lottery funding to provide support for projects like yours. We therefore encourage you to use the ‘lock-up’ version of our logo, which acknowledges Youth Music, Arts Council and National Lottery.
