XLR Collective (Session) 18/9/17

Rehearsal for the collective's graduation!

It was a slightly surreal moment last night as we met with the XLR collective. With less than one week to go until their graduation, the tenure of this year's programme is almost at an end. We're incredibly proud of what the team have achieved so far but it's not over yet! 

With the whole team in attendance we began going through all the logistics of the graduation night. this included food, chair set-up, order of the night, campaign presentation and more. The team came with all of the collated data they had collected from their busking events over the past few months. They will be sharing their findings on Monday and hope to get all in attendace to fill out one of their surveys as well.

After the logistics of their event had been discussed the group split into the pairs that they would be presentating with and took time to draft what they would say on the night. Next, we had a run through rehearsal of what everyone would be saying. It's been great to see the confidence of the collective grow so much during the time of this course. 

Spirits are high and perspectives are hopefull as the team head into next week. Exciting times ahead!
